Loan documentation

To have us review your project, please email or fax the information below, and we will respond within 2 business days.

1) An executive summary of your project, or a brief description of your project, its history, and the purpose of the loan request. Be sure to mention any loans that currently are outstanding against the property, and your current cash investment into the project. (i.e. your original purchase price plus any other cash investment of your own money)

2) A few color photographs showing various angles of the property. Include the street scene, the exterior and interior, and the front and sides.

3) Information on the borrower(s) including 3 years financial statements (i.e. personal tax returns-or 3 years corporate returns if a corporation, LLC or partnership ).

4) 3 years operating history on the building, (if income property), a YTD profit and loss statement, and a current balance sheet.

5) A current rent roll if applicable.

6) A current title report, if available

7) A current appraisal, if available.

8) Any additional information relevant to your project.
